Pull your fingers out angling direct, appalling delivery times, order not even picked yet a week ago, won't be using you again and your poorly stocked shops.
Orders I made from 3rd of June , 9 days ago are still being processed !!! I am awaiting 4 orders and actually forgetting what I ordered . Orders from Amazon , Fishingtackleandbait and Pets Pantry ,have all taken around 3 to 4 days .
9 days and not posted is not good enough ,very poor .

Greys Air Curve rod purchase….
Before I begin….
I will try and make this review short as possible however my story was very complicated….
My purchase nightmare was some years ago now, Never the less it’s still worth sharing.
Basically I purchased 3x Greys Air Curve Rods online to be delivered to the OLD Sittingbourne shop.
I arrived at the shop to take position of my pre-paid Rods, firstly inspecting them for Pre- Deliver quality.
One of the rods was damaged or should I say was NOT made properly the outer coating was NOT sealed onto the blank thus I rejected it.
The then shop manager tried to tell me “ that’s how they are “ ** Really ** !!!
The rejected rod was NOT replaced via the shop but sent back to Greys and had Greys send me another ( to the shop ).
2 weeks later I asked about my replacement rod from Greys…. Unbelievably it was still in the shop ( NOT been shipped back ? )
I was not impressed, so didn’t mess around I contacted directly the company Director and the chairman.
These ** VERY ** helpful people arranged for 10x rods to be shipped to the OLD Sittingbourne shop for me to cherry pick one I was happy with.
Now it gets stupid, Incredibly these rods where delivered to the wrong address in Sittingbourne NOT the shop but some $%& hole that took them ALL in…… The shop was notified of the delivery error and the then shop manager went to retrieve them.
You guessed it, the %&^ hole that took these in told the OLD shop manager he didn’t have them, The police where called and rods retrieved and taken to the OLD shop...
I was invited to view the rods and cherry pick one I wanted as my replacement, after finding 6x more of them with 99% the same marks and damage I found one I was happy with and went on my way.
This purchase was a nightmare with endless emails and phone calls to the top as well.
I will say this….. The shop staff ** then ** where useless, the company Director and the chairman where 1st class and simply OUTSTANDING.
I still use A.D online NOT the shop….

I have visited this store on 2 ocassions and feel the staff are extremely unhelpful. Customer service is lacking and the general attitude is just shop elsewhere. They tried to sell me a matrix seat box that was a ex display item at full price and they refused to give any sort of discount. I will never give this place my business as their attitude stinks.

Ordered 2 Shimano reels and 2 Delkims. Order never arrived. I chased Parcelforce on three occasions over 2 days. Told We’ll get back to you on each occasion. Nothing. I rang Angling Direct. I was told they had contacted Parcelforce and would get back to me. That was a week ago and still no one has come back to me. Very poor service from what I thought was a reputable company.
Fortunately for me, the person who Parcelforce delivered to, who was 2 streets away dropped the parcel over the weekend. Disappointing.
Worst delivery service in the world....
They dispatch your order 5 days later and take another 5 days to get to you

I purchased a Deeper Pro fish finder as a gift for my husband just under two years ago. The device stopped charging and became faulty. However, Angling Direct sent a courier to collect the device and a few days later I received a brand new replacement by mail under the two year warranty. No quibble, no drama.
Communication was excellent and the issue was solved super quick. Plus I have a happy husband ????.

Absolutely top class service ordered a savage gear mpp2 rod 6'6'' 20 to 60 Gram casting weight.Beautiful rod very stiff and very powerful look forward to getting my first pike or zander on it.I have the 6'6'' 3 to 23 version of this rod it handles predator fish lovely.Mpp 2 rods from savage gear are amazing.Top class service from Angling direct they never let me down fantastic price on black friday special.If it's predator fish your after you can't beat savage gear an absolute bargain from Angling direct.D.W
